Do you think the Pass Plus should be obligatory for all young drivers? Do you think it would make a difference?

I just wish it was compulsory for insurance companies too...

TBH, I think the pass plus thing is stupid - The driving 'curriculum' itself needs to be more encompassing.

IMHO it should include things like motorway driving, night driving, and maybe some adverse conditions training as standard!

A day on a skidpan would be cool :D
