Toyota Picnic 2.2 Td (3C-Te) Limp Mode/fuel Problem.

I recently had to remove the head from my Picnic due to a timing belt failure, got the head refurbished along with the alternator.

The car started and ran sweet for a couple of days and then became hard to start, having to be churned over as if the fuel was running back from the injector pump.

It was fitted with all new filters, heater plugs etc at the time.

Yesterday it started chugging and has put the engine management light on and gone into limp mode...

Any suggestions or ideas??
