Hi, we have a 96 Lucida 2.2 TD, the problem is that with the accelerator flat to the floor, we have a top speed of 60mph, the sligtest lift of the speed decresses, and won't kick down over 35mph, was told it could be the actuator on the turbo, we've replaced that, it seems to only made a small diferance, any help or advice appreciated, many thanks.
