hi just bought my first avensis. I have turn radio before leaving car does not turn off with key can anyone tell how to change this so it turns off with key

sounds like its been wired to a permanent live feed or perhaps straight from Battery, are there any extra wires on the Battery terminals that look like they shouldnt be there? i take it it isnt the original radio
