keyless remote instructions

I am looking for instructions to prgram a keyless remote for a 2000 Solara SLE. Seems to be a well guarded secret as I have struggled searching the net for answers.Maybe the low price I paid for this low mileage beauty reflects the hassles I am facing now.(Did not come with owners manual or keyless entry fobs) My local dealer grinned widely when I asked to price a pair of replacement fobs @ $135.00 each. I was able to get the FCC# off the back and hope to find reasonably priced fobs on eBay. Can anyone help me?

Could you please tell me where you found that info? I've searched high and low. I have several procedures I plan to try, but failing those, I'd like to know the real deal on how to reprogram.

Consider yourself lucky. I Had to fork out £180.00 for a 2002 Rav4 fob and key from a Toyota dealer.
