Gear Oil Change ?

Hi everyone

I have done 63.000 miles and i am thinking to change an oil in the gear box, is anyone have oil changed? it's any better than before? Can I change oil by myself ?

I think my gears starts working little bit harder than usually.

I've done 84000 and never considered a gearbox oil change. Didn't think it needed to be done unless there was problems. But then again I haven't looked at the service book...
