Aygo Failed To Go Go !

Went for a drive today and after having left the 2011 Aygo Ice for 30 mins, with less than 3000 miles on it, on our return it would not go. All dash lights on including the Stop one. It was stopped as it wouldn`t start! Followed all procedures for starting an MMT Aygo, as per usual, and the gear selector was stuck in R. Called the AA, brilliant service only c 65 mins, he plugged it into his equipment, disconnected/reconnected several bits, disconnected the battery/reconnected it and off we went. All OK, but have to report this to my dealer tomorrow for a "proper" diagnosis to prevent a recurrence. Has anyone else had such a malfunction?
