Drivers Window, Auto Control Stopped Working?

Taken my door card off the other day, to run wires in for heated wing mirrors, re-fitted the door card and plugged the window switches back in (1 big plug), but now the drivers side window has stopped doing the auto open and close function. It still opens and closes ok by keeping your finger on the button, but won't open or close fully by just briefly operating the switch. Can anyone advise?
