I normally carry out some sort of challenge every year (Hellrunner in the past) but having dodgy knees, I have decided it would be far better to take part in Movember this year

I will be doing my best to grow a hairy top lip for the whole of November, most of the chaps in Lindops will also take part. I will do my best to look like Santa by the end of November
