P34RC3 0
HiEverytime i start my fans up i get a strange cheese like smell coming from the vents. Im guessing its the filter dirty or somone has stuffed cheese into the vents lol. Does anyone know where the filter is located? Thanks
mrpj 171
Try this http://www.puravent.co.uk/filters/display_filter.php?id=378∂=M2306. Procedure is described. If it's similar to the Yaris push in the sides of the glove box until it releases. The "tabs" of the housing cover squeeze together to release. Careful they're very fragile. P34RC3 0
Thanks for that. I would of assumed they already had carbon filters in. Whats the point in a filter thats not going to take fumes away aswell as pollen and dust.
REMEMAN 0
Empty the glove box. Let the flap down, release the retaining arm, lift off the flap, the filter is in front of you in a plastic housing. It is so easy you could do it blindfold.
