What Should I Look For?

im gonna look at some mk3s in the next couple of days and wanna know what to look for

All the usual stuff mate plus a couple of extras

1. check the condition of the front shocks they are prone to wearing

2. door sills for rust marks

3. and blue smoke from the exhaust when the car is warm under acceleration.

look out for blown head gaskets, knock sensor errors, tps errors, these are some common problems... door moldings are crap from 86-88 i think. stay away from autotrannies, there weak trust me, mines is auto! =(. blue smoke, check that the car doesnt run to rich on gas, bla bla bla so many 2 check, someone else drop a line and finish what i started, im tired..lol.
