Rear seat removal

help help help....... i wanna remove the rear seats in my corolla and fit a false floor.

what i wanna know is how much protection do the rear seats provide, if any cos i cant afford a cage and dont wanna get HURT.

pppppppppppppppplz HELP!!

plus the insurance company will sting me bad on the cage

I suppose they might add a bit of extra stiffness (oooeer missus!) to the body Shell

:( so its a no no then, unless i get a rolecage.

It makes very very little diference on the stiffnes off the Shell as its not technically fixed to the car Shell mainly interior trim panels. It wont make a difference to handleing either. But if you want to make the rear stiffer try fitting a rear strut brace. They also look good if you are having a nice install etc put in.
