Colouring/painting Celica Badge Help

Hi there, now i'm a complete newbie at this so forgive me in advance but i've recently seen quite a few celicas with the "celica" wording above the license plate in a different colour and was simply wondering how people do this, weather it's paint or maybe some sort of stencil and if so then what sort of paint is used for this please? :)

They're called.."infills". Mook can supply from his website at skewer.co.uk, or alternatively there is likwidart.com.
