Surf Rear 1/4 Bumper Removal/ Replacment

have just brought my surf m plate 94 30 ltr the two rear quarter panel bumpers are ******* and rusted through so I brought two sparkling genuine Toyota replacements in chrome how easy is it to fit them and wots the procedure any advice plz regards steve
