Hello, Is there a water/coolant drain plug on the block? I can't find it. Vehicle is a 1993 Carina E 1.6 Auto. I need to drain the system without removing the both hoses. Thanks.

There should be a Drain plug 3/4 up the block towards the front of the engine close to the alternator If there is a washer on the plug either renew it or clean and replace with some sealer >
