My 06 Colour Collection 2.0 d4d Estate was registered in March 30th of that year,i am a bit confused as to what engine BHP it actually is as Toyota changed the engine BHP sometime that year,so ?can anyone give me a definitive answer i would be eternally grateful..cheers.

If your Avensis has:

A cambelt covered by a black plastic end plate then you have an early 1CD-FTV 116bhp engine

A timing chain encased in a metal end plate then you have a later 1AD-FTV 126bhp engine

If you have a facelift Avensis with the side turn signals intergrated in the mirrors it's for sure it's a 126 BHP one.
