Toyota Avensis 2.2 D4D Driver Injector Ecu

hi i am in need of someone help

i have a 2006 2.2 d4d avensis which is not starting

my friend had a same car which wasn't starting as his driver injector was giving smoke out

when he bought a new one his car refused to start up

so he asked me to let him check the new driver injector ecu on my car so see if it wasn't faulty

he connected the new driver injector ecu to my car and it didn't start or we then connected my own back to the car and now it won't start

it starts with easy start and cuts off

as soon as you connect a injector to the 1st injector plug you hear a beep sound as the plug is giving more that 12v through it

( one electrician has tried to update the software but it refused to start up )

( it has no fault codes )

does anyone know what can this be
