Should be possible but might work out very costly. Touch and Go is the sat nav stereo, and Touch and Go Plus is the up-spec one with voice dialling etc. I think you'd need to fit the stereo complete with brackets, the gsm ariel, probably a dash surround and I'm not sure about connecting the aux port or USB. There are some on eBay but I'm not sure about exact models and fittings. Have a look at the toyota tech website for installation instructions. You might be cheaper fitting an aftermarket head unit with nav, and a double din dash plate.
