2006 Rav4 Problem With Alarm/ Central Locking System

Hi everyone! It's nice to be here.

Firts of all I want apologize for my English.

I have an issue with my 2006 rav4. When I lock the doors by key the warning light start to blinks for 20 seconds. It was never happened before so it's really puzzling. After i release the lock (also from key) the indicators stop blinking.
Moreover a blue light on the left side from wheel is blinking until the door from driver seat is closed.

Please, anybody, help me fix that problem.
