Roof Rail Fitting Instructions

Just bought a second hand set of roof rails, they turned up with no fitting instructions and a bag of bolts etc. Does anyone know where to get instructions or have any advice?

Very easy to fit. Remove four blank plates from roof and then unbolt brackets by removing two bolts from each mounting point (retain for replacement if needed). Attach rubbers gasket to each rail mounting point and bolt to roof and finally attach plastic covers. Job done. Both rails can be fitted in about 30-40 minutes.
