First New Car (Auris Touring Sport Hsd)

Morning all,

I've lurked on this forum whilst I've been researching on what car to buy and thought it rude not to say hello :)

After a toss up between the new Mazda 3 (2014), a Honda Jazz Hybrid and the Auris Hybrid the Toyota won and I'm off to pick it up on Thursday (hopefully).
Originally it was going to be the hatchback until I released that I needed the bootspace and preferred the shape.

So a little about me:

My car history is interesting but not that varied I'm afraid:
Vauxhall Corsa (not my choice), Mitsubishi Colt 1.6, Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg ZR, Mitsubishi 4WD EvoColt, Nissan Micra 1.0 Auto, Honda Civic (my out going car).

I'm a previous admin for ColtUK.org (I've not really had time for it and my involvement has been minimal in the last 24 months).

My close family pretty much all drive Japanese cars; Mazda 6, Yaris, MR2.

So, fingers crossed for trouble free motoring :D
