Started D4D 2.0 this morning and once i started driving i noticed the rev counter wasnt dropping below 1200 rpm at idle then it came ok. Shortly afterwards it did it again idle at 800rpm and then jumped to 1200. Any suggestions ?

If the car was idling and the AC is on when the compressor cuts in the revs will raise from around 800 upto around 1200 it will stay there until the compressor cuts out, this is perfectly normal on an Avensis
