Estima Heating System

My Lucida heating system always appears to blow warm air out. Warmer than the outside ar anyway, even when moving at speed. I end up using the air con (which is very effective) on days when it isn't necessary. Has any one had a similar problem. I'm wondering if the valve / flapper arrangement needs a coat of looking at.

sounds to me the flapper isnt shuting of the airflow to the heater circuit

Not set to or stuck on re-circulate is it?

I'd also check the in line (coolant pipes) heater valve and fresh air ducts

:D It appears that if I have the setting on "face only" and not "feet and face" on high speed it is actually cold air. But I will check all the above as I'm sure it should perform better on lower speeds as well.
