Bilstein B4 Shock Absorbers

Hello has anyone any experience of the above in comparison to standard / OEM Toyota shock absorbers - specifically on Avensis, any other Toyota models? I am generally looking for thoughts on ride characteristics but also manufacture quality / durability. Many thanks for your input.
