Help: Toyota Mark X Dash Trim Removal

Hi, so I coudnt find any thread about the dash trim removal on the 1st gen toyota mark X. I searched alot but to no avail.

would reall appreciate if anyone could help me with how to remove the circled parts

The red circles are pretty obvious. The yellow circle shows the plastic shield under the steering wheel column and on the passenger side, the beige trim that runs along the edge of the glove box.

The Mark X wasn't officially sold outside Japan, and doesn't seem to have an equivalent model that was sold in Europe.

so no1's ever done a diy on it? damn, guess i have to do the diy without any help..... hope i dont break stuff on the way
