I Have A Rumble Down Below....

No its not my stomach,its my engine,noticed a kind of low pitched rumble which appears i think to be emanating from the cam belt side maybe at the bottom somewhere , it did cross my mind that when i did the cam belt in the summer i didn't tighten the bottom pulley up enough,but i did use an impact gun to do it up after using locktite thread glue on the bolt so maybe not that.

If i get chance i will post a video up to try highlight the sound its making.

?Does anyone have any ideas what this might be,i'm all ears.

does the noise go away when you depress the clutch- I'm thinking flywheel. is it there when car is idling or when driving. hope its nothing expensive.

Not noticed as yet as regards the clutch pedal or flywheel the noise seems to be coming from the cambelt side of Engine,must admit did contemplate whether the DMF was involved come to that.
