2006 Avensis Roof Leak

hey guys

have a small leak somewhere in the roof of my 2006 avensis hatchback. the water is coming in above the rear passanger side seat. I've removed the plastic trim to see if i could locate it. I originally thought the water was coming through from the boot lid but i couldnt confirm that.

Next option was the sunroof, i notice the seal on it wasnt great but the drains at the front are clear. are there rear drains on these roofs too??? i wasnt able to see without removing the glass.

Is there anything i might be missing or is this a common known problem??? Any help appreciated thanks!!!
