2009 Auris Minor Upgrades Questions

I have a 2009 Auris with a very basic package. almost nothing extra and I would like to upgrade it a bit. I came across a wrecked car with a full package with all of the additional gear and stuff and the it's very cheap. Now I would like to know what I can move from one to the other without any software upgrades or with some minor additional hardware upgrades. I'm on a tight budget.

First thing that came up to my mind was to move over the steering wheel. I have the very basic one, and I would like to move over the one with all of the handsfree controls and speed control.

I also was thinking about switching over the digital air conditioner,

What else would you suggest that could be easily switched over for a cheap upgrade?

Which engine do you have, as that may depend what you can/cannot swap over.

1.4 Gas engine. No diesel

[Auris 1.6 vvt-i]

Cruise Control won't work as your ECU doesn't support it - only 1.6 petrol and 2.0 Diesel do... Don't know about BT/handsfree.

I don't think the 2009 model had bluetooth built into the stereo so I don't think it'll work.

Also, with an Avensis, the climate control needs various electrical components over the manual heater version - I'd assume the Auris to be similar, so I don't think that's an easy swap either.
