How Do I Switch Between Cd And Aux With No Button Apparent?

Hi folks.
I haven't been on for a while.
We've just traded in our 4.2 xtr for a 4.3 xtr.

The new(er) plate is an 09, but has only 13,000 miles on it (genuine).

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this CD changer/Radio player issue...model number 86120-42220, picture attached.

The car has bluetooth for the phone, but doesn't seem to have the capability to play the ipod via bluetooth.
I understand the Aux jack would normally be found in the centre console, next to the power socket, but it has a blank cover.
What I can't figure is, if I have an aux jack added, where on the head unit do I switch between CD and Aux? There isn't a button that says "CD/AUX".
Am I missing something obvious/ having a blonde moment? ;)

Thanks!

Linda

You may find the unit will play WMA/MP3's if loaded onto a CD-R or similar.

can you switch modes from a steering wheel button?

Hi. Yes, I can do that, but it doesn't come up with an aux option. I wonder if it would be intelligent enough to do so if it "saw" an aux connection?

Yes it reads some types of CD, sees the song titles etc.

@Windinherhair did you ever sort this?? I’m going through exactly the same thing right now! Desperately trying to for an after market six adaptor but there doesn’t seem to be the ‘button’ to switch!
