Sat in the car connected via home WiFi to Internet. Gone to "Toyota Web account"  but the "receive and send"  from/to my.toyota are both greyed out.

I've managed to complete it before, but can't seem to get it to work this time.

Any ideas?

IMO, since they have upgraded their website it's dire, I'm 8 weeks in with constant emails trying to resolve the same issues....
