2002 Corolla Hissing/Pumping noise from engine and exhaust

I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla with approx 90000 miles making a hissing/pumping noise from the engine around the inlet/ valve cover area and a noise from the exhaust in time with the engine noise. Also slight lose of power and fuel economy and has been running on 10w 40 semi synthetic oil for about 2000 miles. Link to video below. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it may be a Vacuum leak near the intake manifold, using a water spray bottle spray around air intake areas and listen for water being sucked in and the car idle changing. The oil your using maybe a little thick. 5W-30 is more suited for UK temps unless your manual states otherwise of course.

To my (admittedly untrained ear) that sounds like a slight miss - particularly when looking at the exhaust.
