Check if your speed limit beeper setup is on. It is on the steering-right button setup. Go to vehicle setting and you have choice for BEEP above certain speed limit or to disable it.   There is also a beep for crossing or keeping lanes clear. My SatNav also shows speed camera but no  beeps for any speeding camera outside Germany.
