Double Din - Help please.

Hello everyone, a new Rav4 owner here.

My car is a 2004 Rav4 2.0 d-4d.

I'm after a Double din unit that does almost everything, DAB+, Satnav, phone, music, camera's, steering control etc. Since I need to change the Arial for my radio I thought i'd upgrade and get Satnav with other things since my family likes to go away alot.

I've been looking at an Erisin 4763CGB that seems to tick all the boxes, but after reading the reviews about Erisin I'm not so sure, but theres been some mixed reviews.

Is there any other companies that do most of these things or has anyone owned one of these units?

Just don't want a separate dash cam, satnav etc etc as my car will start looking like Homer simpson's car:
