I feel great, i really do... i can feel the benifits already, and the cravings have almost dissapeared!

I am quite proud.. its a good feeling

and believe it or not.... its really easy not to smoke now...

well, week before when i was smoking, alcohol comsumption = 0 units

the last weeks alcohol comsumption = 0 units

so I think i can safely say 'no' ;)

Although, i am having to watch the 'snacking' and chocolate comsumption..

yeah watch out with the 'treats' and munchies as ive seen folk pile pounds on when they quit smoking

try to snack on healthy stuff if you know what i mean, fresh fruit and all that

Nice one ive never somked but i have seen how hard it is to give up.

Good thing is you can now spend at least an extra £1600 a year on your car

(if you smoked 140 a week ish).Or a good hoilday or on your g/f no on the car better spent!!!!

I need to quit myself. I've managed to cut down to 4-5 a day but having a hard time quitting.

You know, I think if they were called "!Removed!" here, it would probably be a lot easier for me to give them up!
