Is it using oil or burning oil?

How long does 1L of oil last?

How log has it been doing it, has it been going worse recently?

How many miles?

How long do you own it, and how often have you been carrying out oil changes?

As above, more info needed, if there are no visible leaks then first thing I would check is the pcv valve, these can get clogged and not function correctly.

All cars use oil. If it's less than 1 liter per 1,000 miles, it could be called "normal"..  except you have to check oil then fairly regularly.. And it depends how you drive and how ell the car has been maintained.. and the correct oil being used and..  and..

Some facts would be useful..
