Camber Rear Wheel

Hi guys,

I am seeking help for a problem that ive discovered a couple of months ago

The left rear wheel of my yaris seems to be a little bit crooked from the inside .

When i went to the garage he told me that the problem was a bent axle.
I believed him so i had it changed.
The problem is still there even after the axle change...

Could it possibly be something with the wheel hub or weak suspension ?

Never had an accident with it.

There is no vibrations even at high speed but my car is obviously going straight to the right in a straight line.

See attached for pictures of the left and right.

Thank you in advance

Any discrepancy with the tyre's tread wear. i.e. wearing down more on the inside?

Have you tried taking the same pictures with the car turned through 180 degrees or on a perfectly level surface?

Personally I would take it for a four wheel alignment check (approx.£20-£25) then see what they say as tracking should be checked now and again anyway.

A proper 4 wheel alignment on a rack is what you require what is £40-60

Find a place that has a John Bean Visualiner to find out how far out the camber is, then you can work out if the hub can be shimmed or if the rear beam needs to be replaced

That sort of damage is caused by hitting a curb hard, looking at the tyre size, I would say it's a 1.0l yaris what are popular with new/young drivers
