2008 RAV4 front bumper replacement

Hi all, I've just put a deposit down on a 2008 RAV4 Xtr petrol, very excited! Only the second car i've owner after my trusty Renault Clio.

Car is in great nick, drives really well, just a few little bodywork niggles that I want to sort out. 

First thing I want to sort is the front bumper/skid plate. It's the painted plastic piece under the front number plate. It's got a little crack in it. What exactly is this part called and is it easy enough to replace? Pic for reference
