Does anyone have the torque specs for the 2 control arm bolts and for the mount?

If someone is in search for them in the future.
This is for mk2(but probably mk1 is the same)

3 mount nuts - 50Nm(37ft lbf) 

The 2 bolts for the steering knuckle 240Nm(177ft lbf)

Stabilizer link 74Nm (55ft lbf)

The center mount nut 47Nm(35ft lbf)
