Should i buy the Toyota Rav4?

Hey guys. My name is Andreas and i am from Cyprus. I am considering buying the new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from the Toyota Cyprus dealership. I have some questions. First of all i am worried about the Rav4 recalls. Do they affect UK and Europe or only USA? Next, if i decide to buy the Rav4 should i get a car that was manufactured in 2019 and it is available right now or should i order one that is going to be manufactured in 2020? I find the way Toyota do their recalls formidable ! At least they do them 🙂 I had a recall on my very first Rav4, sommet to do with the steering column, not only did they do the recall, they found out that my Rav4 was actually not affected, and they gave me a bottle of bubbly as an apology 🙂
