Front bumper passenger side loose/broken (photos)

hi all

 

I just noticed the side bit of the front bumper has become loose a d is protruding quite a bit.

3 photos attached, including 1 of the right side for comparison.

 

I dont know how or when this occurred.

 

Is this fixable? More importantly is it serious (is the car safe to drive)?

Probably needs a new fastener. Five minute job with the correct part. It does not look unsafe.
