Rav 1998 ABS wiring connector

Hi

My father is working on his 1998 Rav 4.  He has owned it since new and its still his new car although the more astute might have spotted its now 22 years old.

He has had an issue with the ABS on the back left wheel.  In dismantling things he has managed to make a mess of the loom side connector that joins to the ABS harness.  If he can get the pins out we can simply remake the harness wiring back onto the connectors. I'm sure you can get the pins out of the connector but I'm thinking we will probably find out how mid way through destroying the plug.

What I'm looking for is either instructions of how to get the pins out of the connector, where to buy a new connector or a 2nd hand connector with a few inches of the loom still attached. Any help would be appreciated.

Somewhere on the connector will be a 5 digit #, may need a magnifier to see them clearly.

If you can get the 5 digit number I should be able to get the part number for the connector, and pre-terminated wires to insert
