Fix for T22 1ZZ-FE inlet manifold rattle?

My 2001 Avensis has generated a ratting noise from the inlet manifold. This happens around 2000 rpm when accelerating. There are no extra noises when driving constant speed or revving the engine while stationary.
According to this page possible fix is to apply a couple of screws:

Unfortunately this for 3ZZ-FE which has a slightly different inlet manifold. Also all other information I have found so far are for 1.4 or 1.6 litre engines. Has anyone applied the fix for 1.8 litre engine? I would not wan't to get a second had part which may have the problem.
