Why am I seeing this

Hello to one and all. I keep getting this alert every time I switch on the ignition . Please see the attached photo . I can download sent to care routes via M T app , see my cars position via M T app also see everything about my car. When I select a destination I can view the destination on my touch screen via Google street view so everything seems to be working fine including bluetooth music and podcasts via my iPhone 7 I can make and receive calls 

but I still get this message “ service provider unavailable check your internet connection)” I then have to press close app
