Celica Shock Absorbers

Hi all,

Been trying for two weeks to sort out a couple of front shock absorbers for my 1995 2.0GT Celica import.

You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to buy these parts.

I'll go to Toyota directly if I have to but it really does pain me to pay main dealer prices.

Can anyone please be so kind, if they have an EPC they can let me have so I can check out the part numbers.

If not, could anyone let me know if the front shocks are the same on and import model and UK model.

Can't see any reason why they would be different but try and buy em and the suppliers would have you believe there are 20 variants.

Thanks in advance

st202 front shocks are as follows - 48520-29075 = left hand side.

- 48510 - 29235 = right hand side

totally different numbers if super strut suspension.

personally i'd go buy uk shockers for it , its the same !Removed! car.

add your email and i'll send you the pictures of the suspension of a uk spec car.

Insteresting you should mention super strut versions.

I have heard it before but don't know what the hell it means !!!

My model is a 2.0GT 1995 ST202 import from Japan.

I have been told it is an SS2 but who knows ????

Thanks in advance
