T27 Avensis Air conditioning Compressor Pully

Good Morning,

I serviced my car yesterday and when i took of the panels underneath i noticed the plate in image lying on one of the trays. From a little googling i found out it was a plate of the pully that connects to the air conditioning compressor.

I tried to screw it back on by hand but soon as i started car it came off again. Anyone have any idea if this is possible to put back on or would i have to replace the  full  the DENSO 5SE12C . 

If it is possible to put back on how might i do it without plate spinning off again
