Avensis 2012 - flat battery charged but now getting warning lights 😏

Hi, I would appreciate some help please.  My Avensis 2012 Battery went flat after two or three days cleaning and detailing my car with door open and light on. Day three, Battery flat, recharged now ok but I am getting engine management, ABS light etc.  Please advise, if this has happened to you.  Thanks 😊

Disconnect the Battery for 15-20 mins and let it reset then take it for a drive

Hi, yes it did 👍 I took off the negative lead, left for a few minutes - reconnected, good as new 👏🏻
