Anyone know where I can get hold of TPMS sensor part no 42607-F4020?

Toyota obviously do them for £90, but looking to see if anywhere else is cheaper.

£25-45 for the aftermarket one, give your dealer a call on Monday, as the Toyota GB on eBay tend to be full retail price on most items

Are TPMS manufacturer-specific or are they based on a standard?

I'll be moving the TPMS from the old rims to the new ones when I change, but if I was going to keep them and get new ones for the new rims, where else can you get them?
