P0012 code - avensis AZT250 - 1AZ-FSE

Hi all,

I´d like to ask for advise:

on my avensis T25 - petrol 2.0 - 1AZ-FSE

every approx 600km TRS VSC and CEL lights pop up - with code P0012

I did change oil and filter and also VVT solenoid, also camshaft position sensor checked and seems to be ok.
any ideas what to check next?

FOr me is kind of suprising that the code pops up after quite long distance traveled - 600kms, if there is real problem with timing I would expect it to pops up immediatelly , isnt it?
