Idle rattle

Hi al!

Recently bought a beautiful T25. Unfortunately the car started rattling when idle, so I am dying for some ideas/suggestions because I cant seem to figure it out myself.

As follows:

- Noise only appears for a few seconds (4-5)

- Only occurs when RPM's drop from a higher amount to idle (~700 RPM)

- No other complaints regarding the engine

- Noise goes away when revving +1000RPM. And immediately comes back when reaching idle RPM

- Oil is fine (level that is)

- Possible correlations: AC got filled up, used the wrong gasoline (E10) switched to E5 now

- Noise appears to be coming from left side of the engine, equally loud top/bottom

My own guesses: AC clutch, loose heatshield etc., Seems to be a very distinct sound that I cannot compare to any examples I have found online

And of course videos, because how can you diagnose something without the noise itself.

Any suggestions/ideas and Ill be right on top of it to try it out!

Thanks in advance

Thanks!

Was the sound the same?

And did it matter if the AC was on/off? Or was it always there.
