2009 model year heater not working

I have a 2009 model year Toyota IQ and the electronic heater controls shows a blank screen. There is heat from the vents but no fan and a lit up screen but showing blank. Checked the usual fuses and at a loss as to where I go next. None of the control do anything any thoughts or ideas anyone as don’t want to check it into Toyota

Disconnect the Battery for 15-20 min's and let it reset, have you had to jump started the car recently ?
